We are passionate about ensuring that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you change your mind for any reason, we’ll gladly offer returns for items in new/unworn condition with tags attached and all original packaging within 10 days of receipt, conditions as follow:

1\ Items purchased from our SALE or with a promotional code are FINAL SALE and non-returnable/eligible for exchange.

2\ We don't offer returns for Trove vintage pieces. All vintage purchase are final.

If you have received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact support@lanivatti.com with a photo of the damage, or the wrong item you received, as well as your order number. We’ll take it from there!

1. Indonesia- Lanivatti ships to any street address in Indonesia. We ship via JNE (all Indonesia) and Gojek (Greater Jakarta Area/Jabodetabek)

2. International -Different rates apply to different locations. We ship internationally to most countries all around the world via DHL. Duties and taxes are assessed by customs and are the responsibility of the customer.
At this time, sadly we cannot ship to Central America, South America, Russia, China or India. This is due to unpredictable and unreliable postal services in those countries.

Please refer to each product page for approximate shipping time. Some items are made to order and will take up to ten business days to process.

Available/in-stock items are processed and shipped within 2-4 business days.
We accept the following methods of payment: Bank Transfer, Paypal.

Items will be charged to your selected method of payment when they ship. Your order may ship in multiple packages, but rest assured you will not be charged any additional shipping and handling fees. The shipping and handling fee you were quoted at checkout will be applied based on the value of each individual shipment.

Please note that we are unable to process your order if we cannot obtain an authorization from your credit card company. You may wish to contact the issuing bank of your credit card regarding this matter, and then inform us of any additional information.

If your payment method was declined, it may have been unsuccessful due to incorrect information, card expiration, or insufficient funds. You can choose a new method of payment and contact your bank or the credit card company if you continue to experience difficulties placing your order.
Sizing varies between our items. A link to a 'Size Guide' with detailed product measurements is included on each product page. As a note, measurements are indicated in inches and centimeters while the garment is lying flat, so some measurements (i.e. waist, chest, etc.) will need to be doubled to determine their circumference. We recommend comparing these measurements to a similar item that you already own.

If we’re planning to restock your size, you’ll see an option to add your email to a waiting list. Just click the "Waitlist" button and we’ll send you an email notification when the item is back in stock. If a product is out of stock, and you don't see a "Waitlist" button, we haven't made plans to restock that item just yet.
