Indonesia Lanivatti ships to any street address in Indonesia. We ship via JNE (all Indonesia) and GOJEK (Greater Jakarta Area/Jabodetabek)

  • Shipping cost will vary based on location, weight and dimension of the product you ordered.
  • When placing your delivery address please ensure all information concerning billing and shipping is correct. We are unable to redirect the package as soon as the courier has processed an order and it has been dispatched.
  • At checkout, we will provide you with an estimated delivery date for your order, which will also be noted on your Order Confirmation email.
  • We strive to ship all orders as quickly as possible. Most orders ship in 3 to 7 days after an order is received and payment is made. Standard shipping usually takes 5-8 business days. Express shipping usually takes 2-5 business days.* We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays and/or national holidays.
  • Orders placed during or directly after a holiday may take slightly longer. If you need your order by a certain date, please reach out and let us know! We are very frequently able to rush orders.

    *Please note, rural areas may add an additional day to delivery time frames. Order delivery times are provided as guidelines only, and do not take into account possible delays caused by payment authorization. We cannot be held liable for any delay in delivery and the above time is as provided to us by the freight company.

    International Shipping

    Different rates apply to different locations. We ship internationally to most countries all around the world via DHL. Duties and taxes are assessed by customs and are the responsibility of the customer.

    At this time, sadly we cannot ship to Central America, South America, Russia, China or India. This is due to unpredictable and unreliable postal services in those countries.

      Returns

      We are passionate about ensuring that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you change your mind for any reason, we’ll gladly offer returns for items in new/unworn condition with tags attached and all original packaging within 10 days of receipt, conditions as follow:

      • Items purchased from our SALE or with a promotional code are FINAL SALE and non-returnable/eligible for exchange.
      • We don't offer returns for TROVE vintage pieces. All vintage purchase are final.
      • Mailing your order back with tracking/confirmation is the safest option as LANIVATTI cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged while in transit. Please securely package up your items (along with all original tags, packaging, etc) and mail to:

      • Upon receipt of the items, they will undergo a quality review and once cleared, you will receive a store credit for the purchase price (excluding original shipping cost.)
      • Once we receive your return, a member from our sales team will review your order and upon approval issue your refund in the form of the original method of payment minus shipping costs, a IDR 100.000 restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.
      • A confirmation email will be sent to you as soon as your refund has been processed.
      • LANIVATTI reserves the right to deny any credits if the merchandise does not meet our requirements.
      • Due to the limited nature of our pieces, we do not offer exchanges on any items. If you would like a different size or item, we recommend purchasing the new item and following the returns process for a refund.
      • We endeavor to process refunds as soon as they are received but please allow up to 7-10 business days for returns to be processed. You will receive email notification of the status of your refund once finalized.
      • We do not refund initial shipping charges or taxes for items returned, other than for faulty items.
      • Please note that any shipping fee, tax and customs charges incurred will be handled by you. In the event that we get charged any additional fees, these fees will be deducted from your store credit.*
